If it’s live on the site, it’s physically ready to ship.

Orders placed after 3PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, ELOHM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If any product is listed as a pre-order, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together unless otherwise specified.
