RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ELOHM, we stand behind the quality of our pieces.

Because all products are pre-made and inspected before shipping, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing mistakes, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


Returns

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition with tags attached

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Requests made after 7 days will not be approved.

To request a return, email support@elohm.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Discounted items

  • Items purchased during sales

  • Limited drops

  • Pre-order items

  • Accessories

No exceptions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with:

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Tracking verification

  • IP address confirmation

  • Order confirmation records

Abuse of the chargeback system may result in permanent ban from future purchases.
