wholesale onboarding

welcome to THE NETWORK.
this page will walk you through how to access and place wholesale orders through the portal.

01 — SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

use the same email address your approval email was sent to.

  • click the account icon in the top right
  • log into your account
  • once logged in, wholesale access will automatically appear

02 — BROWSING PRODUCT

browse product normally through the website.

  • open any product page
  • select sizing/variants
  • add product to cart like normal


03 — USING THE WHOLESALE DRAWER

once the cart is opened, the wholesale drawer will appear.

inside the drawer you can:

  • search available wholesale product
  • add quantities quickly
  • build your order
  • review your cart before checkout

04 — CHECKOUT

once your order is complete, proceed through checkout normally.

  • approved wholesale pricing will automatically apply
  • payment terms (if applicable) will appear at checkout
  • order confirmations will be sent via email

 

05 — INVENTORY TYPES

THE NETWORK operates using two inventory structures:

AVAILABLE

standard wholesale inventory available for immediate fulfillment.

these products are typically shipped within 1–2 weeks of payment confirmation depending on order volume and allocation availability.

PREBOOK

any product marked with “PREBOOK” next to the product title is considered preorder inventory.

PREBOOK products:

  • enter a separate production queue
  • typically ship within 4–8 weeks
  • are produced based on retailer demand and allocation

PREBOOK items may ship separately from AVAILABLE inventory.

allocation is not guaranteed until the order has been reviewed and confirmed internally.
